The Step for Vets on-campus walk is a 1-mile educational experience including boot camp to separation information and optional obstacles. Obstacle completers will earn a Challenge Coin. The walk ends at a resource fair of campus (Financial Aid, Health Services, DSPS, etc.) and community support services and agencies (Madera Workforce, Madera County Veterans Office, and Veterans Affairs). Lunch will be provided to veterans.
The opening ceremony will start at 11 a.m., and the course will be open until 1 p.m.
