COVID‐19 Protocols for Campus Visitors (for non‐students or non‐employees)

At Madera Community College, visitors to are welcome! To protect you and others, we kindly ask that you follow our COVID‐19 health and safety guidelines.

Indoor or outdoor events

  • Visitors are strongly encouraged to wear a facemask regardless of vaccination status.
  • Visitors should perform a health screening prior to attending any onsite event.

Please ask yourself the following health screening questions:

  1. Do I, or anyone in my household, have any of the following symptoms that are not caused by another medical condition: (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, recent loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea)?
  2. Have I been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID‐19 within the last 10‐days (exposure means being within 6‐feet of the infected person for more than 15 minutes)?
  3. Have I tested positive for COVID‐19 within the last 10 days?

If you answer no to the questions above, please enjoy your campus visit! If you answer yes to any of the above, please refrain from visiting our campus until you can answer no for all of the health screening questions.
