Join us for this in-person, two-day seminar designed for administrators and staff responsible for managing federal education grant funds. The Federal Grants Management Seminar 2026 will provide a comprehensive overview of the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) and the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Grants Guidance or UGG), the cornerstone regulations governing U.S. Department of Education grants.
Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of Bruman’s newly released 6th Edition of the Administrator’s Handbook on EDGAR .
Expert speakers from The Bruman Group will guide attendees through the latest updates to EDGAR and UGG, breaking down key requirements and discussing how they apply to your federal education programs. Topics will include administrative system requirements, cost principles, and audit standards.
Participants will also gain insight into common audit focus areas, such as time and effort reporting, procurement procedures, documentation requirements, and cost allowability, and learn practical strategies to ensure compliance and reduce audit risk. Interactive group discussions will allow attendees to share challenges, experiences, and best practices in managing and tracking federal funds.
