Increase Your Self-Awareness

Increasing your self-awareness can help remove or limit self-deception. This class will teach you how to ask for feedback, how to be open to change, and how to reflect on your actions.

The Keys to Empathy

The Keys to Empathy will help you learn to listen and pay attention, to not judge, to shift your view, and teach you the importance of not faking emotions.

Active Listening

Active Listening will help you work on attunement. Learn the importance of not jumping to conclusions, shifting your focus, and not discounting feelings.

Insight Into Behavior

Insight Into Behavior will improve your perception. It will help you separate facts from emotions, improve your online communication, and listen and watch more.

Communication

The Communication module will help you give respect and trust, be consistent, and keep your cool in stressful situations. You will learn how to observe and react to body language.

Social Cues (I)(II)

Social Cues (!) focuses on recognizing social situations, eye expressions, non-verbal and verbal cues. Social Cues (II) provides you information a spectrum of cues and helps you review and reflect. You will learn to be more adaptable and flexible and to determine a person's personal space.

Conversation Skills

Conversation Skills will walk you through various conversation topics and teach you cues to watch for during the conversation. You will also gain awareness on giving your attention while engaging in a conversation.

Body Language

Body Language will create awareness of your movements, and how you are saying and wording sensitive information. You will observe open vs. closed body language and learn to communicate with power.

Building Rapport

The course will conclude with Building Rapport. You will learn the importance of taking the high road, forgetting about yourself, and remembering to focus on the person with whom you are communicating. It will also cover good questions to ask when trying to build rapport.

*Qualifying companies can send employees for a discounted rate of $79 - for 2-days of training through the Employment Training Program (ETP) funded by the Employment Training Tax. ETP Program Information

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to five (5) working days before the course start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are responsible for payment.
