Maternal Wellness Program was developed to work specifically with pregnant and post-partum women experiencing maternal depression and anxiety. In efforts to bring wellness to the whole household unit, our program also works with dads who may also develop depression and anxiety in their transition to fatherhood. Our staff consists of a Care Navigator (s), and Maternal Behavioral Health Professional who all work together with the woman, dad, and her family to develop a comprehensive care plan so that she can feel better and return to wellness.
